SDPB Awarded Six Regional Edward R. Murrow Awards

South Dakota Public Broadcasting is pleased to announce SDPB has won six 2022 Regional Edward R. Murrow Awards for Small Market Radio, awarded by the Radio Television Digital News Association.

SDPB has won in the following categories:

Overall Excellence – awarded for work that reflects the depth and scope of journalistic endeavors by the news organization.

Excellence in Diversity, Equity and InclusionLNI Art Show Highlights Student Artists and Attracts Interior Secretary Haaland for a Visit. Producer: Richard Two Bulls.

The Radio Television Digital News Association has been honoring outstanding achievements in electronic journalism with the Edward R. Murrow Awards since 1971. The Murrow Awards are the embodiment of the values, principles and standards set forth by Edward R. Murrow, a journalism pioneer who set the standards for the highest quality of broadcast journalism.
