Conviction Upheld For Child Pornographer Trafficking On Facebook

The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld the conviction of a South Dakota man who used two Facebook accounts to distribute child pornography.

Kevin Lamm was found guilty in Sioux Falls federal court. Lamm claims the trial judge erred by allowing the jury to hear evidence linking him to a fictitious Facebook account.
