SD Utilities Cutting Rates In Response To Corporate Tax Cut

The federal government cut the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 21 percent at the end of last year. In response, the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission moved quickly to ensure that corporate utilities passed those savings along to their customers.
