Rapid City Plans For 25 Years Of Traffic Efficiency, Holds Public Meetings

Rapid City is studying its traffic flow to determine what’s needed 25 years from now. The city evaluates patterns of various types of traffic every five years, with a long-range plan going out to 2040. The city official in charge tells SDPB’s Victoria Wicks that these studies allow the city to target dollars more precisely toward needs.
