Cyberwar: How The Internet Changes World Conflict

The South Dakota World Affairs Council plans to examine cybersecurity during its annual symposium this Thursday and Friday in the Volstorff Balroom in the University Student Union at South Dakota State University in Brookings.  Michael McNerney, a cybersecurity, information technology and defense consultant, delivers the Harding Lecture keynote address, "Cyberwar: How the Internet Changes World Conflict," Thursday at 7:00 p.m.  McNerney said cybersecurity is a relitively new discipline of national security and can seem very complex.  He'll be discussing current threats, national policies and technology trends at SDSU.
