Supporters of a proposed massive shooting range near Rapid City say it will bring tournaments that will boost the economy while providing a much-needed facility for youth and law enforcement to practice safe shooting. But opponents say the public facility will bring crime and noise, and environmental risk. SDPB's Arielle Zionts has more.
