Today we highlight developments in the state legislative session regarding transgender athletes, medical marijuana, worker compensation, and the infrastructure of higher education in South Dakota.

SD workers have three days to provide a written report of a workplace injury. If their workers' compensation plan denies coverage, they then have two years to file a claim.
