A house committee is advancing a proposal to delay a voter-approved medical marijuana program by one year. Lawmakers have rejected a bill to require quarterly flight records for each state aircraft. The Department of Health says people 65 and older can be eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccine beginning next Monday.
