Residents of South Dakota and parts of the Plains are preparing for a major storm predicted to reach the region at mid-week.  With the first of three views on how the storm could affect the state, SDPB's Gary Ellenbolt visits with Kari Fleegel with the National Weather Service in Aberdeen:
