Journalist and SDPB Dakota Political Junkie Denise Ross joins In the Moment for a special one-hour conversation about life with cancer.

Denise is living with Stage IV Breast Cancer and currently undergoing additional chemotherapy treatment. Denise sits down with In the Moment host Lori Walsh for an open-hearted conversation about living with a disease that is considered “terminal.” She talks about the gift of being home with her children during this time, how meticulous nutrition has helped her endure cancer treatment, what she wishes people wouldn’t say to cancer patients, and more.

Denise Ross's family is raising money for her fight against stage 4 breast cancer. An account has been opened at Wells Fargo Bank in her name for those who want to help. The family is holding a fundraiser sale on Saturday, June 9 at 6517 Muirfield Drive in Rapid City where you can buy tools and fishing gear, golf clubs, art and collectibles with the proceeds going to Denise's cancer fund.
