Heather Heintz  was raised in the Black Hills but now lives and works in Hawaii. She's heading home to teach a yoga workshop at Sol Yoga Collective in Rapid City this weekend. We caught up with Heather outside of Hilo, Hawaii to talk about life, death, and the her quest to make yoga more inclusive.
