SD Supreme Court: Year-Old Ballots Can Soon Be Counted In Fall River County

Fall River County is now able to count the ballots from a vote taken more than a year ago. The election results have been on hold pending review by the South Dakota Supreme Court, which made its opinion public Thursday, Dec. 10. The dispute was heard in oral arguments in early October.
