AMA Report: Doctors Boost Local Economies

A new report by the American Medical Association says physicians in South Dakota have a big impact on the state economy.  The report claims the support staff who work for physicians account for nearly 16-thousand jobs in South Dakota.  It also shows that physicians created more than 2-billion dollars in direct and indirect economic output in the state.
