"Stranger Danger" Rare In Child Sex Abuse

Hollie Strand from the Child Advocacy Center of the Black Hills has worked with sex offenders and now interviews child victims. Strand was one of the speakers at a meeting held Monday night in Rapid Valley to help parents understand what child abuse is and how professionals working with children respond to the crime.
