Smithfield Foods is going to be fined more than $13 thousand dollars for failing to protect workers from COVID-19 at its Sioux Falls plant. The pork processing giant will also work with third-party experts to develop an infectious disease preparedness plan at all of its processing facilities. SDPB's Arielle Zionts has more.
