Ruskin Park is near Forestburg--between Mitchell and Huron in eastern South Dakota. The park has existed since the late 1800s, and over time became one of the major resort areas of the region. Not much remains of the park today besides a historical marker--and even that wasn't there for a while.
Joe Tlustos is from Forestburg and became a bit of a Ruskin Park historian.
