Little Free Public Library

The Little Free Public Library movement began in 2009 in Hudson, Wisconsin, co-founded by Todd Bol.  The libraries are birdhouse-sized boxes filled with books that are free to take.  The mission of the Little Free Public Library movement is to promote literacy and the love of reading by building free book exchanges worldwide.  There are now over 3000 Little Free Libraries in 50 states and 50 countries.  Bol joined Jane Rasmussen, steward of the first Little Free Library in South Dakota on Wednesday's Dakota Midday.
