Frigid Temperatures Hitting The U.S.

Schools across the region are closed today with temperatures in the double digits below zero and with wind chills making it feel like -50. Subzero temperatures have hit the eastern part of the state for much of the past month. South Dakota state climatologist Dennis Todey discussed the cause of the cold temps and if this is anything unusual and what it means for the rest of the winter season.
