Rodney Berget's New Hearing

Jan 3, 2013

The South Dakota Supreme Court has ordered a new sentencing hearing for convicted killer Rodney Berget. He pleaded guilty to the murder of State Corrections Officer Ronald Johnson in April, 2011. The Supreme Court has sent the sentencing back to the Circuit Court to consider Berget's fate without the statements to the psychiatrist.
