Kris Angelis has been surrounded by music her entire life. Her parents' vinyl record collection including the Beatles, the Eagles and the Archies was a natural resource, but even waltz music and her grandparents' Rodgers and Hammerstein videos taught her melodies and harmonies which helped ease her into her church choir.

As a recording artist, Angelis, who lists contemporary songwriting influences like Brandi Carlile, Ray Lamontagne, Taylor Swift and The Lumineers, has won multiple L.A. Music Critics Awards.
