For many people "normal" means no healthcare, living paycheck to paycheck, being afraid of law enforcement, or no access to childcare.

The multi-phase guidelines are used by nursing homes and assisted living facilities to shape policies for keeping residents safe during the pandemic.  Nate Schema is the executive vice president and COO of the Good Samaritan Society. He joins us to talk about the potential application of the plan in South Dakota facilities.
