World-renowned marathon runner Dick Beardsley returns to South Dakota to inspire and encourage. Beardsley is one of the top long-distance runners of all time. He's also an author and professional speaker. He has survived accidents, addiction, and loss, and he's still famous for coming in second to Alberto Salazar in the 1982 Boston Marathon after a course motorcycle knocked him briefly off his course.
Dick Beardsley will share his life challenges and inspiring stories in Brookings tonight at 7 p.m in the SDSU University Student Union.
