How To Watch #SDTrack22

The 2022 State Track and Field Championships are taking place at Howard Wood Field in Sioux Falls on May 26-28th. This year will look different, however, because the state track and field event has become a three-day event. There are also no longer secondary sites for the preliminary heats. All three days will happen at the same venue, Howard Wood Field.

Because all of the action is taking place at one venue, South Dakota Public Broadcasting is proud to announce that all three days of the event will stream live online at sdpb.org/track. Saturday’s final events for track will also air live on SDPB2-TV.

Start Times

Thursday – 12:30 pm CT

Friday – 9 am CT

Saturday – 9:30 am CT

According to the South Dakota High School Activities Association, 141 schools will be represented at this year’s event with a total of 2,778 participating individuals. The live stream, event and award photos for all three classes, and schedule are available at sdpb.org/track.
