The important screening that many skip

On today's show...

Colorectal cancer rates are going up and the average age at diagnosis is going down.

We talk to Dr. Jeff Murray, a gastroenterologist at Sanford Health, about the striking statistics behind colorectal cancer. He discusses how the cancer cases now are different from the cases a few decades ago.

Dr. Murray also explores the options available for colorectal cancer screenings and why colonoscopies are the gold standard test, especially for patients ages 45 and older.

Then we speak with Maestro Delta David Gier to preview an upcoming South Dakota Symphony Orchestra concert.

We talk about what a symphonic choir brings to the stage and the definition of a requiem.

Plus, why Gier describes Brahm's A German Requiem as "umami."

Learn more about their Saturday concert.
