This interview originally aired on In the Moment on SDPB Radio.

Chief Henry and John Red Cloud descended thousands of feet under the Black Hills to talk about a sustainable energy source far, far above ground.

They discuss solar energy, honoring Native American traditions and "lessening our carbon moccasin print."

Chief Henry Red Cloud founded Red Cloud Renewable in 2008 to seek out a new way to honor the old ways. He is a featured speaker at the Sanford Underground Research Facility's Neutrino Day.
