$17 Million Science Grant Awarded to SD Biomedical Research Infrastructure Network

A nearly 17 million dollar science grant has been awarded to The South Dakota Biomedical Research Infrastructure Network. This is a 5-year continuation grant from the National Institutes of Health for student and faculty research in cell biology. Benefitting from these funds is the University of Sioux Falls, one of 7 partner institutions in South Dakota. George Mwangi is a professor of Chemistry at USF and joins us today with more.
