Cancer Prevention And Research Funding

As our understanding of cancer evolves, so must research into the disease that strikes more than one million Americans each year. But federal funding is in jeopardy, and experts says the private sector can’t make up the lack of government money. The American Cancer Society’s Cancer Action Network is the advocacy division that raises money and awareness for cancer prevention, research and treatment.
