This interview originally aired on In the Moment on SDPB Radio.

A group of Amish families moved to southeast South Dakota more than a decade ago to establish a community in the state. But now, that community is disbanding.

Jason Harward is a reporter for the Forum News Service. He wrote an article about the group's decision to move away from their community near Tripp.

In our latest Reporter's Notebook, Jason joined In the Moment to discuss the story and the impact the Amish community had in the region.
