The event includes remarks from South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem and a live Q&A with SDPB’s Jackie Hendry and USD history professor Molly Rozum, co-author of Equality at the Ballot Box: Votes for Women on the Northern Great Plains. The event includes a sneak peek at SDPB’s new documentary Simple Justice: Suffrage in South Dakota, which premieres August 10.
