In The Moment … October 30, 2020 Show 932 Hour 1
The story of the mysterious death of an immigrant servant girl in Sioux Falls gripped the nation with its salacious details of torture and abuse. But perhaps it was the lawyers, the doctors, and the newspapermen whose behavior created the most sensation. Historian and author Wayne Fanebust has uncovered the story. His new book, published by the Center for Western Studies, is called "No Justice for Agnes." He joins us with a preview.
