Monument Health in Rapid City is reducing their COVID-19 unit amid decreasing coronavirus cases and hospitalizations. The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe says Governor Kristi Noem did not consult tribal leaders about a permit for fireworks this summer at Mount Rushmore.
