A special session of the South Dakota Legislature is underway today at the State Capitol in Pierre. Governor Dennis Daugaard called for the gathering of the state's lawmakers to deal with legislation on internet sales tax collection. Lawmakers will also consider requiring the marketplace to pay sales taxes.
