Political Junkies: The "Back to Normal" Plan

In The Moment ... April 28, 2020 Show 806 Hour 2

Governor Kristi Noem unveiled a "Back to Normal" plan for South Dakota Tuesday, stressing that she wants to put decision-making back "into the hands of people." Schools and businesses would be allowed to host small gatherings while continuing to encourage social distancing. However, it's not a "one size fits all" plan. New outbreaks will preclude the plan from being initiated where there is a threat to public health.

Do you have a full understanding of the governor's plan?
