The University of South Dakota hosted character actor Peterson Toscano Tuesday in Old Main's Farber Hall for a joint keynote address for the Diversity Symposium and Earth Days celebration.

Toscano is a regular contributor to Huffington Post and The Porch magazine. He speaks on a range of topics including LGBT issues, privilege, religion, and climate change. He's the host of Citizens Climate Radio. His film, "Transfigurations - Transgressing Gender in the Bible" is on the film festival circuit now.
