One Size Fits None: A Farm Girl's Search For The Promise Of Regenerative Agriculture

Chris Laughery

In The Moment ... April 23, 2019 Show 560 Hour 1

What happens when sustainable agriculture simply isn't enough? Stephanie Anderson is a South Dakota farm kid who grew up to be an agriculture reporter. But as she covered the stories of South Dakota conventional ag, she found herself becoming increasingly uneasy with what she discovered. She set out to ask deeper questions and search for innovative farmers exploring solutions that go beyond sustaining a broken system. Her book is called "One Size Fits None: A Farm Girl's Search for the Promise of Regenerative Agriculture."

Anderson reads tonight as she reads and signs books at Augustana University in Sioux Falls. She's in the Humanities building at 7 p.m. CT.

Lori Walsh is the host and senior producer of In the Moment.
