North and South Dakota make national news as COVID-19 cases per capita continue to rise. Today, the state Department of Health reports 1,095 new confirmed cases and 175 new probable cases. Today we have also set a new record for hospitalizations: 412. . We've been unpacking some of those numbers with South Dakota epidemiologist and public health expert Elizabeth Racz, Ph.D. with the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology joins us.
