Monday's U.S. Supreme Court Rulings

In The Moment … July 1, 2020 Show 850 Hour 2

It's been another busy week at the U.S. Supreme Court. Rulings since Monday have allowed Federal death penalty executions to resume. The Court has also struck down a Louisiana abortion law, saying that the state's effort to restrict access to abortion was unconstitutional. And, in another ruling, the Court gave a nod to religious schools seeking public aid.

Keeping track of these opinions is Mike Thompson, associate professor of Criminal Justice at the University of Sioux Falls.
