Thirteen-year-old Olivia Hunhoff wrote a column for the Yankton County Observer that won a first place award in the National Newspaper Association's annual "Better Newspapers Content." She received her plaque at the national convention. The award-winning column featured her temperamental pet, Miss Kitty.
