Sleep disorders include insomnia, sleep apnea, and narcolepsy just to name a few. This is a medical disorder that affects people's sleep patterns. Symptoms and treatments vary depending on the disorder. Darla Klinger is the lead sleep technologist at Avera's Sleep Lab.
