Governor Dennis Daugaard was certified as a candidate yesterday. It's expected that Daugaard will announce next week that he's running for a second term. This week's Dakota Political Junkies, Kevin Woster and Roger Whittle, also discussed the 2014 legislative session, the U.S. Senate race and State Senator Phil Jensen's comments that government shouldn't interfere in the private sector's ability to engage in race-based discrimination.
