Kevin Woster, KELO-TV Rapid City bureau reporter, and Roger Whittle, managing editor of the Watertown Public Opinion joined the Dakota Political Junkies this week. They discussed legislation under discussion by lawmakers, including a proposal changing the number of signatures required to get initiated measures and referendums on the ballot; measures to fix the teacher shortage problem; Governor Daugaard's transportation bill; and a repeal of the so-called "Daschle law."
