USD law professor Thomas Horton joins Midday to discuss China and the implementation of its anti-monopoly laws. Thomas Horton is a former lead trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice. He is now a professor and Heidepriem Trial Advocacy Fellow at the USD School of Law. On June 7, he read testimonybefore the House Subcommittee on Regulatory Reform, Commercial and Antitrust Law at the U.S. House of Representatives.
