In honor of the 75th anniversary of the completion of Mount Rushmore National Memorial, author Jean Patrick joins Dakota Midday to discuss her research and writing regarding the carving of the mountain.
Patrick used archival photos and letters to create “Mount Rushmore Memories,” and this evening she will talk about her research and her writing at the May meeting of the History and Heritage Book Club at the Cultural Heritage Center in Pierre.
