Michael McNerney, a cybersecurity, information technology and defense consultant, delivers the Harding Lecture keynote address, "Cyberwar: How the Internet Changes World Conflict," Thursday at 7:00 p.m. McNerney said cybersecurity is a relitively new discipline of national security and can seem very complex.
