During 2020 the world has experienced a dramatic shift around equity and how systemic inequalities are compounding marginalized communities, especially during the pandemic.
Not being able to work and feed families, unprepared or overtaxed health services, and being forced to adapt to a new normal is shocking many communities around the globe.
The 2020 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit, "Bridging the Opportunity Gap," takes place on Tuesday, November 10th, in-person at the Holiday Inn City Centre in Sioux Falls ... or virtually. It will enforce the need to come together to tackle the issues of workforce development while bridging the gap between workforce training and job skills.
