Gov. Kristi Noem has unveiled a new video in her office's ongoing “Freedom Works Here” workforce recruit campaign.

The commercial released Monday features the governor lending a hand at a home construction site. The ad urges home builders to consider moving to South Dakota, touting the state's high rate of new home construction.

"Spring represents the time of year when new home construction ramps up – as well as when families who are wrapping up the school year are considering making a move. That makes this the perfect time to launch round three of Freedom Works Here," a press release from Noem's office stated.

Previous videos in the series featured Noem working as a dentist, a plumber and a welder.

The commercials are part of the governor’s “Freedom Works Here” campaign, which Noem has called "the most successful workforce recruitment campaign" in state history.

Statistics shared on campaign's website state more than 2,300 workers have received individual assistance moving to South Dakota through the campaign.
