University of Sioux Falls professor Mike Thompson joined Lori Walsh to discuss a Supreme Court case related to stalking and free speech.

A Colorado man sent threatening Facebook messages to a singer who eventually filed criminal charges against him.

Thompson explained the case, mens rea, First Amendment freedom of speech rights and what the ruling could mean for the actual malice standard established in the New York Times Co. v. Sullivan.
