SDPB / Joshua Haiar

This interview originally aired on In the Moment on SDPB Radio.

May is Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women Awareness Month. Friday is the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women.

On Wednesday, South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley joined In the Moment to discuss renewed efforts from his office to respond more effectively to the state's missing and murdered Indigenous persons.

He also brings us an update on a cold case from almost 50 years ago.
