Rep. Tony Venhuizen proposed HJR 5004 in late January. The resolution would seek to amend the Medicaid expansion amendment that voters passed last November.

The proposed amendment would allow the state to consider work requirements for "able-bodied" people eligible for Medicaid. Listen to the debate between proponents and opponents of the resolution.
