The 2023 South Dakota legislative session officially begins Tuesday with Gov. Kristi Noem's State of the State Address.
The governor will deliver the address at 1 p.m. CT, noon MT from the House of Representatives.
The speech will be aired live on SDPB TV-1 as well as on South Dakota Public Broadcasting radio stations. It will also be available online at SD.net, Facebook and YouTube. A Spanish language option will also be available on Facebook and YouTube.
